Yesterday was harder...
After my workout on Wednesday I was just beat. That translated into yesterday being draining on me as well. I had a great time with Julie and Logan in his 'Pioneer Day' at school. Julie and I helped the kids do some leather tooling to make 'Lewis and Clark Journals'. It was a lot of fun, but with the sitting on the ground and such my legs were not very happy. No big deal though, everything is normal that way.
